The flexible Schab-Teiger® helps scrape dough from bowls as well as divide, portion and shape dough.

The flexible dough scraper is made from BPA-free, food-safe PE plastic and is suitable for different types of dough – from bread and pizza dough to other baking doughs.

The curved edge is particularly useful for scraping bowls and rounded surfaces. The straight edge is ideal for handling and portioning dough on your work surface.
