We are passionate hobby bakers who have combined our love of baking with an innovative solution: the Teiger dough-cleaning cloth.
We are a small team of two – and Teiger is not simply “a product” to us.
It is an innovation born from passion, substantial investment, sleepless nights and the deep conviction that cleaning can be simpler, smarter and more efficient.
We work 24/7/365 to keep that promise – for our customers and sales partners.
How it all began...
Our story began like that of many hobby bakers. We love experimenting in the kitchen, trying new recipes and creating delicious treats. But we often faced a small yet stubborn problem – cleaning dough residue. Whether bread, pizza or cake dough, residue on work surfaces and utensils was often difficult to remove.
Over time, we found that conventional cleaning cloths and sponges were often impractical for sticky dough residue. We were missing a tool designed specifically for this task.
The path to the Teiger dough-cleaning cloth
That need prompted us to start researching. Our goal was a high-quality, reusable cloth whose construction was tailored to the particular challenges of cleaning dough residue.
After numerous trials and tests, we developed the combination of specially selected fabric, an open single-layer mesh structure, optimized mesh size and a reinforced edge. The result is our Teiger® cleaning cloth: developed for regular reuse, suitable for dishwasher and washing machine, and certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
During this period we also received professional support from Lutz Geißler, for which we are very grateful. Lutz Geißler has extensive knowledge of baking with yeast and sourdough – from bread and rolls to sweet baked goods. His experience in both hobby and professional baking made him a valuable adviser to us.

Today we are delighted to share our Teiger® cleaning cloth with the world. Our passion for baking and our drive to find practical solutions brought us here. Teiger® is the result of development work, attention to detail and the desire to make cleaning after baking easier.
